At MoiNeo Paws, we want you and your furry friends to be happy. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately.
Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (PayPal) within 3-5 business days.
